Abstract

The Natural Law School, the Positivist Law School, and the Sociological Law School hold different views on artificial intelligence (AI) legislation. The main divergence among these three schools lies in their understanding of soft law and hard law approaches. This paper takes the value of law as the entry point and analyzes relevant legal norms through legal interpretation theory to explore the implications of the three schools' views on AI legislation for current legislation.
