There were 366 students chosen as participants in the study using a stratified random sampling method without making any special choices. This study is a descriptive- comparative- correlational research utilizing standard questionnaire. To ensure the valid and systematic presentation, analysis, and interpretation of the data the following statistical tools were obtained: frequency count and percentage, weighted mean calculation, ranking, standard deviation, independent sample T-tests, one way ANOVA and Pearson Moment Correlation.The study revealed that the consistent recognition of intrinsic motivations as moderately effective underscores their critical role in driving student engagement in physical education, highlighting the importance of choice, progress, meaningfulness, and competence. Abstract: This study aimed to assess the progress made in training techniques and athlete performance at Tianjin University Sports in China, with a specific focus on sports other than traditional track events. Comprehending the effectiveness of training regimens that optimize the transfer of training impact was crucial. The study unveiled a heterogeneous sample regarding age, gender, and academic year. The male respondents slightly exceeded the number of females. Most respondents were in the age range of 16-17 years. The largest group consisted of first- and second-year students, followed by third- and fourth-year students. These findings indicate that the results of the study can be applied to comparable educational and community environments. The study revealed a noteworthy link (p-value < 0.05) between coaches' motivating teaching and players' learning assessments, albeit the coefficient was moderate (0.282). This suggests that although motivational tactics can influence the learning results of athletes, there may be other factors that also have important effects. To improve athlete training and performance, the study suggested using feedback mechanisms such as surveys, focus groups, and individual interviews to assess training satisfaction and determine motivating requirements. This study investigates the efficacy of business information management systems (BIMS) in managing such projects and employs machine learning models for performance prediction analysis. Utilizing data from 250 valid questionnaires and 15 in-depth interviews, multiple regression analysis, classification algorithms, and clustering analysis models were applied. The results indicate that system quality, information quality, and service quality significantly enhance project management efficiency and user satisfaction. Specifically, the adoption of BIMS reduces average project completion time and cost overrun rates, thereby improving management effectiveness. Commercial real estate projects reported the highest average investment at $70 million, mixed-use projects exhibited the longest average completion time of 25 months, and residential real estate projects achieved the highest management efficiency score, averaging 8.0. The regression model's coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.68, the classification model achieved an 85% accuracy in identifying risk factors, and clustering analysis categorized projects into high-efficiency management, risk-concentrated, and resource-intensive types. The results indicate that art instructors typically consider professional development opportunities to be helpful. Abstract: The caliber of physical education instructors plays a crucial role in fostering the holistic development of college students, integrating moral, intellectual, and aesthetic dimensions into their physical and mental evolution. This study sought to examine the correlation between coaching attitudes and levels of athletic motivation among college athletes. Employing a correlational research design, the study surveyed 218 volleyball electiv students, analyzing their perceptions of coaching attitudes in various motivational domains. The results revealed agreeable to good perceptions of coaching attitudes across the domains of Adaptive Pedagogy, Player Development, Self-Improvement, and Collaborative Team Spirit, with mean scores ranging from 3.30 to 3.36. Specifically, Collaborative Team Spirit received the highest rank, indicating its pivotal role in motivating athletes. The domain of Competence Support was identified as the most influential on athletic motivation with a mean score of 3.37. Additionally, Communication Dynamics, Competitive Needs, and Pacing Influence also contributedpositively to athletic motivation, with mean scores indicating general agreement on their beneficial impact. A key finding from the study was the very strong positive correlation (Pearson r = 0.93) between coaching attitudes and athletic motivation, with a p-value of less than 0.001, which led to the rejection of the null hypothesis and confirmed the significant association between the variables. In response to these findings, the "MVP: Motivation and Victory Program" is recommended. Abstract: The tourism market has become an important driving force for local economic growth, thus local governments have intensions to promote the development of local tourism industry by intervening in tourist hotel room prices during major holidays. Through four events, three modes of local government intervention in hotel prices can be summarized: first, the government takes administrating price replaces the market regulation price mechanisms; second, the government takes restrictions on the pricing rights of operators while maintaining market regulation price mechanisms; third, under the market regulation price mechanisms, the governments exhort operators to exercise price self-discipline. The second model contains potential risk of breaking price rule of law because price mechanism and pricing rights of operators are confirmed by constitution.
