Abstract: This study aims to investigate the effects of teenage social media addition and reasonably intervene. It includes accurate psychological data on 233 teenagers and identifies the Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) and sense of loneliness in teenagers as influential factors of social media addiction. Based on the sample results, this study used Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as a basis for addressing this addiction in the form of creative group activities, then setting up surveys to collect feedback on the activity and the method’s effectiveness. Survey results show positive outcomes in improving experiment participants’ mood, social skills and social media reliance after the group activities based on DBT. Abstract: This study explored the impact of social activity participation on online game addiction among Chinese college students, aiming to fill the gap in existing research on the lack of attention paid to social activities. Through a questionnaire survey, relevant data from 500 college students were collected, and the impact of social activity type, frequency and duration on online game addiction was analyzed. The study found that students who frequently participated in social activities were less likely to become addicted to online games, especially those who participated in sports activities and community service, whose addiction level was significantly lower than that of students who participated in online social activities. Psychological motivations such as escapism, gaining a sense of accomplishment and satisfying social needs play an important mediating role between social activities and online game addiction. The results show that increasing participation in offline social activities can help reduce online game addiction. The empirical analysis of this article provides empirical evidence for colleges and education departments to formulate intervention measures. It is recommended to encourage college students to participate in various social activities, especially sports and community service activities, to promote their mental health and social skills, form healthy gaming habits and effective time management strategies. Abstract: Soft volleyball possesses rich technical and fitness values, is practical and economically safe, and is beneficial for the construction of campus sports culture. However, due to various constraints, its promotion within high school campuses is limited in scope and depth. This study analyzes the situation of soft volleyball promotion in a high school in Chengdu through questionnaires and observation methods. The survey results show that most students are willing to participate in soft volleyball, considering it both safe and conducive to social interaction and stress relief; however, some students have had little exposure to soft volleyball and even regard it as a waste of time. Although there are advantages to promoting soft volleyball, there are also certain limitations, requiring improvements in promotional methods. Abstract: This study aims to explore the linguistic attitudes of non-local college students in Chongqing towards the Chongqing dialect and to analyze how such attitudes affect their social integration in Chongqing. Through in-depth interviews with non-local college students from different provinces, the study found that although initially non-local college students had some difficulties in understanding and adapting to the Chongqing dialect, their acceptance of the dialect gradually increased with the increase in the time spent in Chongqing and they gradually began to use the dialect in their daily lives. Abstract: This study analyzed the exercise load and exercise intensity of the China U24 3x3 women team in multiple games, combined with the performance data of the players in the game, and explored the impact of these factors on exercise performance. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between load intensity and average heart rate, and high load intensity usually led to a higher average heart rate. In addition, performance data such as scoring and rebounding were also significantly correlated with load intensity and load volume. Players with higher scores often underwent higher load volume and load intensity in the game. This shows that in high-intensity games, players' physical fitness and performance are closely related, and reasonable monitoring and management of load intensity are crucial to improving player performance and reducing the risk of injury. Abstract: Digital finance, as an innovative financial approach, has drawn increasing attention due to its potential to shape regional innovation. This study delves into how digital finance interacts with regional innovation efficiency, beginning with an exploration of the underlying mechanisms. Using data from 31 provinces in China spanning the years 2011 to 2023, and applying a dynamic spatial Durbin model, we examine the spatial spillover effects of digital finance. The analysis uncovers a strong spatial interdependence and temporal persistence in regional innovation efficiency throughout the observed period. The results suggest that digital finance significantly enhances innovation efficiency at the regional level, with pronounced spatial spillover effects. The breakdown of spatial effects indicates that the indirect spillover impact of digital finance surpasses its direct influence. Furthermore, each dimension of digital finance shows spatial spillover, and the disparity between eastern and central-western regions is primarily evident in the spatial spillover patterns of digital finance. Proteins with extreme amino acid ratios are closely related to growth, malnourishment, cancer and other health problems. Previous studies have shown that the amino acid composition of a protein can influence the protein expression level. The hypothesis that CEAA-rich proteins tend to reduce expression, especially in cells proliferating quickly is expected to be proven, which may provide new ideas for amino acid therapy for some diseases. Previous studies show that the amino acid composition of proteins can interact with amino acid availability to influence protein expression levels, independently of the amount of mRNA produced. By analysing the bioinformatic data of protein expression levels in human cells, protein expression was observed to be affected in the way that the more CEAAs present in a protein, the lower its expression, which was particularly evident in cells proliferating quickly. In this project, plasmid constructs were created that express artificial proteins containing almost only one amino acid nutritional class with a V5 epitope at the terminal. These were transfected into A549 cells to test the hypothesis from data analysis in real-life cells that proteins with extreme proportions of CEAAs tend to reduce expression and are most affected by proliferation compared with proteins with other proportions of amino acid class.
