Research on spatial-temporal distribution characteristics and influencing factors of national cultural relics protection units in Shanxi Province

Abstract: This study takes 530 national cultural relics protection units in Shanxi Province as the research object, and uses mathematical statistics and GIS spatial analysis methods to explore the spatial-temporal distribution characteristics and influencing factors of national cultural relics protection units in Shanxi Province. The results show that there are differences in the number of national cultural relics protection units in Shanxi Province during different historical periods, showing a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The formation of various types of national cultural relics protection units has a relatively concentrated historical period. The distribution center of national cultural relics protection units in Shanxi Province has changed with historical periods, showing a migration characteristic in the direction of south northeast southeast south southeast northwest northeast. The national cultural relics protection units in Shanxi Province are in a clustered distribution state, and the clustering characteristics of different types of national security units are also different. The gradient distribution characteristics of national cultural relics protection units in different administrative cities are obvious. The spatial and temporal distribution of national cultural relics protection units in Shanxi Province is influenced by factors such as topography, river systems, and transportation. Read More

Research on Marx's anti-poverty theory

Abstract: Poverty is an important obstacle to the development of human society. In capitalist society, proletarian poverty is manifested in the reality of low economic income, poor housing conditions and low social status. Marx deeply investigated the historical background and characteristics of capitalist society and pointed out that capitalist production relations and exploitation mechanism are the root causes of poverty. The exploitation of surplus value and the accumulation of capital lead to the expansion of poverty and the social problems caused by the economic crisis aggravate the poverty of the proletariat, and propose the realistic path for the proletariat to get rid of poverty, such as eliminating the capitalist system, vigorously developing the productive forces and stimulating the proletariat consciousness. Marx's anti-poverty theory is a strict logical system with main body foundation, practical premise and fundamental purpose, which has important practical reference significance for the proletariat and even the whole mankind to continue to move along the Marxist road, completely get rid of poverty and move towards liberation. On the Determination of the Level of Basic Pension Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents and the Adjustment Program

Abstract: With the increasing aging of the population, the key issue to optimize the basic pension insurance for urban and rural residents is not to bring excessive financial burden while improving the level of treatment level. Starting from three aspects: the dynamic adjustment mechanism of basic pension oriented to meet the needs of survival, the adjustment mechanism of contribution grade, the subsidy mechanism of contribution ratio and the long-term basic pension determination mechanism, this paper designs the optimization scheme of financial subsidy mode, and establishes the actuarial model and the financial moderate burden coefficient model to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the scheme. The calculation results show that the optimization of financial subsidies has significantly improved the ability of urban and rural resident insurance pensions, and the central and local finances have a certain ability to bear the steady increase of basic pensions and contribution subsidies. How Bidenomics Reshaping China-U.S. Relations

Abstract: The relationship between the U.S. and China has changed rapidly over the past decade. After Joe Biden tool office in 2021, U.S. economic strategy towards Beijing began with investment at home and rebuilding alliances abroad. In 2023, Biden created such terms as “Bidenomics”. Under this policy, the U.S. has assembled an increasingly imposing body of exclusionary policies aimed at cutting Chinese businesses out of the most strategically important sectors and markets. Moreover, Washington and its partners have been undermining China’s development by pursuing all-around containment and suppression of China. Bidenomics already posed a real threat to economies in both countries and had negative global repercussions. In the long run, the only key to progress in bilateral relations is win-win cooperation. Therefore, Washington needs to reorient its approach to Beijing. Read More

Research on the Spatial Layout of New Energy Vehicle Charging Stations under the Background of "Dual Carbon": Taking Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province as an Example

Abstract: Electric vehicles are an important measure to achieve China's goals of peaking carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060. But with the rapid development of Hangzhou, the traffic congestion situation in Hangzhou has become increasingly serious. The introduction of license plate and travel restrictions has also led to the development of new energy vehicles that is inevitably in line with the trend of the times. In order to follow up with the government's "dual carbon" goals, the layout of new energy vehicle charging piles in Hangzhou has become a key issue. We will take Hangzhou as an example to analyze the layout of new energy vehicle charging piles in the context of "dual carbon", We have also proposed a layout plan to make the charging piles of new energy vehicles in Hangzhou more in line with reality, using scientific methods to analyze them more reasonably and bring better energy utilization effects to the city. This will enable the better development of new energy vehicles in Hangzhou and enable the "dual carbon" plan to be achieved as soon as possible. Read More

Study on the Management and Planning Methods of Transportation to and from Primary and Secondary Schools in Urban and Rural Areas

Abstract: The transportation of urban and rural primary and secondary schools leads to traffic congestion in some sections, and the traffic order is chaotic, which seriously affects the travel of surrounding residents and greatly increases the additional traffic delay of pickup. How to effectively manage and plan the transportation of urban and rural primary and secondary schools and rationally plan the channelization of transportation roads have become a topic of great concern to the society. This paper will take several primary and secondary schools with representative traffic environment as the research object, analyze the behavior mechanism of the pick-up process, propose coping strategies for the school pick-up congestion problem under different road conditions, and plan a reasonable road channelization scheme and intersection design scheme. Finally, through the VISSIM simulation software, the proposed scheme and the original traffic environment are simulated and analyzed, and the vehicle delay before and after the improvement is compared, so as to find out whether the traffic planning and management scheme given in response to the school address in different traffic environments is reasonable. Through the simulation results, it is found that it is beneficial to reduce vehicle delay and avoid traffic jam by changing bidirectional to unidirectional on road section. In the vicinity of the intersection, one-way is the main way, and planning multiple drop-off points is helpful to solve the traffic congestion caused by school pick-up. Read More
