Study on the Tripartite Game Model in Traditional Village Tourism Development: Strategic Evolution and Sustainable Development among Government, Developers, and Residents

Abstract: With the advancement of globalization and urbanization, traditional village tourism development has gradually become an important approach for local economic growth. However, in the process of traditional village tourism development, the interest game among the government, developers, and residents often leads to uneven resource allocation. Therefore, this paper builds a tripartite game model for traditional village tourism development based on evolutionary game theory. It deeply analyzes the game behaviors, interest relationships, and dynamic processes of strategy evolution of the government, developers, and residents under different strategies. First, this paper explains the basic assumptions of the tripartite game in detail. It clarifies the strategy space of the three parties and the method for constructing their payoff matrix. Next, the paper uses the replication dynamics equation to analyze the strategy choices and evolutionary paths of the three parties in different scenarios. It also validates the model’s rationality and effectiveness through numerical simulation. The results show that high-cost investment increases development difficulty, leading all parties to adopt passive strategies. On the other hand, lower costs and higher rewards can promote the active participation of stakeholders and drive the successful implementation of the project. This study provides a theoretical basis for government departments to formulate reasonable policies, mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties. It also offers a theoretical basis for balancing ecological and economic benefits. Additionally, it offers policy recommendations for achieving sustainable development goals Read More

A Brief Discussion on the Conceptual Analysis of "Space" in Geography from the Perspective of Marxist Methodology

Abstract: Western Marxist geographers play an important role in contemporary Western human geography. They have applied Marxist methods of analysis and theoretical paradigms to reinterpret and reinterpret the political, economic, social and cultural issues involved in traditional geography. At the same time, they also criticised the traditional spatial analysis of geography and put forward the idea of reinterpreting and redefining the concept of ‘space’. Representatives of this school include scholars such as Lefebvre, Harvey and Suja. Their reconstruction of the concept of space reveals that we should pay more attention to the theoretical study of spatial issues, and re-recognise the theoretical significance of traditional Marxism in guiding contemporary issues. Exploring the Interplay between Law and Compliance

Abstract: In recent years, compliance has become a prominent topic in both legal academia and corporate management, spanning multiple industries and involving complex mechanisms. While there has been a surge of research on specific regulatory frameworks in specialized fields, comprehensive studies on compliance management from the broader perspectives of law and legal governance remain insufficient. This paper first explores the origins, concept, theoretical framework, key stakeholders, and substantive content of compliance, arguing that compliance management inherently possesses a strong economic law attribute. Secondly, considering the cross-border nature of corporate compliance management, the paper advocates for the advancement of international economic law as a bridge between domestic and international legal frameworks. Finally, from a World Economic Law perspective, it suggests that China should promote inclusive economic compliance regulations and establish a paradigm for World Economic Law in compliance management to better adapt to the evolving international economic landscape. Study on Logistics Development in RCEP Countries from the Perspective of LPI

Abstract: Using the Logistics Performance Index (LPI) as an entry point, this study provides a comprehensive analysis of the logistics development of each member country of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) from 2010 to 2022. Firstly, the total LPI score of each country and the indicators of each dimension are carefully analysed using descriptive statistics, and it is found that there are obvious differences in the level of logistics development among member countries. China is already a logistics powerhouse, but there is still much room for improvement in customs clearance efficiency and service quality. Secondly, with the help of systematic clustering and correspondence analysis techniques, the member countries are divided into three groups of high, medium and low levels of logistics, which clearly presents the hierarchical structure of logistics performance of each country. The study shows that countries with advanced logistics such as Singapore and Japan have obvious advantages in terms of infrastructure development and customs operation efficiency; in contrast, countries with relatively low logistics development such as Cambodia and Laos have room for improvement in a number of key areas. In addition, the analysis of the coefficient of variation shows that although the unevenness of logistics performance across countries has been reduced, the improvement is limited, and the differences in the efficiency of infrastructure and customs are particularly striking, which may pose an obstacle to regional logistics integration. In this regard, this paper proposes the following recommendations: to promote the synergistic development of logistics and economic integration within the RCEP region by facilitating the development of logistics in the low-level RCEP member countries, strengthening the construction of key factors, continuously improving China's logistics performance, and deepening the regional logistics co-operation. Policy Idling within the "Fuzziness-Conflict" Framework: A Case Study of the Funeral Reform in City Z, Gansu Province

Abstract: In the field of public policy research, policy idling is closely related to funeral reform and holds great research value. Currently, the academic community has achieved certain results regarding policy idling, delving deeply into its concept, causes, impacts, and coping strategies. However, there is still room for improvement in existing research, such as in the perfection of the policy evaluation system and the analysis of differences in policy idling across different regions. As a crucial issue in the process of modernization, funeral reform faces distinctly different yet equally complex problems in rural and urban areas. In rural areas, farmers have a low acceptance of the modern funeral system, and the reform has triggered group conflicts, resulting in poor effectiveness. In urban areas, traditional funerals conflict with urban management, and the marketization of the funeral industry brings new opportunities and challenges. Taking the funeral reform in City Z, Gansu Province as a starting point, this paper uses Matland's "Fuzziness-Conflict" model to conduct an in-depth analysis of the phenomenon of policy idling. The study finds that the ambiguity of policy objectives is one of the important factors leading to policy idling. In the funeral reform of City Z, although the general objectives such as saving land resources and protecting the environment are clear, there are many ambiguous areas in the implementation details. For example, regarding the illegal act of reburying ashes in coffins, there is a lack of clear and accurate definition standards, and there is no strict punishment mechanism, making it difficult to stop such illegal acts. As a result, the core goal of saving land through the cremation reform is difficult to achieve. In terms of changing the funeral customs, the policy also lacks a systematic plan and specific implementation paths, making it difficult to guide the public to change their traditional funeral concepts. At the same time, … Read More
