Abstract: With the rapid development of new media technology, audio media has gradually become an important medium for constructing urban memory and disseminating local culture. This paper takes podcast programs focused on Xi'an's urban culture on the podcast platform “Xiao Yu Zhou” as its research object, exploring how audio media participates in the shaping and dissemination of urban memory through local narratives. The study found that Xi'an podcasts utilize sound elements such as dialects, environmental sound effects, and oral history, combined with narrative strategies that integrate individual experiences and collective memory, to construct a multi-dimensional andthree-dimensional urban image. This sound practice not only strengthens listeners' perception and identification with Xi'an's local culture but also activates the dynamism of urban memory through emotional resonance and participatory dissemination, becoming an important pathway for the inheritance and innovation of urban culture in the new media era. Abstract: Data assets have become an important strategic resource in the context of digital economy, and it is of great significance to improve the hot research on data assets to promote data management and application. Based on the research literature of data asset category included within CNKI and Web of Science databases between 2014 and 2023 as the data source, CiteSpace software was used for visualization and analysis. The study shows that (1) the number of domestic literature increase is slower, and the growth of foreign literature is higher than domestic. Abstract: This paper explores the complex intersection of gender oppression and colonial cultural conflicts in Jane Campion’s The Piano (1993), focusing on the protagonist Ada’s dual “Other” identity in a colonial context. As a Scottish immigrant woman in 19th-century New Zealand, Ada experiences both gender-based subjugation under patriarchal norms and cultural marginalization as an outsider in colonial society. Using Homi K. Bhabha’s theory of “cultural hybridity” and “Third Space”, the study analyzes how Ada resists oppression through the piano, a symbol that becomes her emotional outlet and a medium for constructing cultural identity. Ada’s silence challenges traditional gender roles, while the piano serves as a “Third Space” where she survives between colonial and indigenous cultures. Abstract: With the generational change of tourism subjects, the new generation of tourists (born after 1990) has gradually become the main force in the tourism market. Their stronger desire for expression, pursuit of individuality and high dependence on digital media have led to their unique behavioral characteristics in the interaction between host and guest. Although this group generally expects to achieve deep communication with local residents, their actual behavior mostly stays at a shallow level of interaction, showing a misalignment phenomenon of "expecting depth but stopping at the surface". Based on the grounded theory, this paper selected 30 new generation tourists for in-depth interviews, identified five core categories of interaction willingness, actual behavior, behavior restriction factors, alternative paths and self-regulation, and constructed a theoretical model of "willingness-behavior misalignment" in the interaction between host and guest of the new generation of tourists. The study found that social anxiety, communication barriers and unfamiliar environment are the key factors that restrict deep interaction. After perception is restricted, tourists tend to rely on digital media for information acquisition and indirect communication, and alleviate the psychological gap through a variety of self-regulation strategies. This study systematically reveals the psychological and behavioral paths of the obstructed transformation of interaction willingness, and provides a new perspective and practical reference for understanding the social behavior characteristics of the new generation of tourists and optimizing tourism experience. This paper investigates the legal framework governing tipping behavior through an analysis of three representative disputes. By scrutinizing the legal relationships among platforms, streamers, and users, we argue that tipping should not be simply construed as a conventional gift contract but rather resembles an online service agreement, where emotional responses and psychological gratification constitute the consideration. This study also delves into the validity parameters concerning scenarios such as minors making substantial tips without parental consent, unilateral disposal of marital assets for tipping purposes, and the influx of illicit funds. Our findings suggest that tips made by minors without guardian authorization should be considered void; while the unilateral disposal of marital assets for tipping is generally valid, it may be subject to equitable adjustments in divorce proceedings; in cases where tipping funds are linked to illicit activities but the platform or streamer acts in good faith, the doctrine of bona fide acquisition typically shields them from restitution obligations. Within the framework of the United Nations Convention on Cybercrime, significant controversies persist regarding multiple standards for its legal definition. Concerning behavioral elements, disputes arise over the criminalization of mere possession or access and the criteria for establishing a profit-making purpose. Regarding the scope of the prohibited object, controversies exist on distinguishing between depictions of real children and virtual/simulated material, alongside regulatory difficulties concerning textual and audio representations. Pertaining to protected legal interests, conflicts emerge between the identification standards for "persons appearing to be children" and the safeguarding of creative freedom. The determination of such offenses should adhere to three core principles: the primacy of the child's best interests, substantive assessment of the conduct, and consideration of dissemination impact. Abstract: This paper will examine the role of local news stories in enhancing member's feelings of belonging and identity in the context of a multicultural community, and the integral role that local news plays in the promotion of social cohesion. Local news can provide a space to promote the voice of different ethnicities and cultures when covering local news stories in the community, and in doing so, local communities can mitigate cultural divides, encourage cross cultural dialogue, and foster ways to work together in ordinary spaces. Furthermore, recognition of cultural diversity helps to both solidify respect and recognition for minorities and enrich the cultural ecology of communities. Despite the important work local news can do in promoting social cohesion in multicultural communities, their capabilities are being affected by economic pressures, digital transformation, and media bias. At the same time, how to explore the constraints on local news in promoting autonomy (independence) and credibility (trust) in today's media environment has become increasingly important. Abstract: Understanding the determinants of household waste sorting is crucial for improving urban environmental governance. While previous research has emphasized individual attitudes and infrastructural provisions, this study investigates the role of community integration-a multidimensional construct encompassing identity, participation, and support-in shaping sorting behavior. Drawing on survey data from 176 residents across 17 communities in Nanjing, China, and supplemented by 15 semi-structured interviews, we employ regression and mediation analysis to examine the psychological pathways linking community integration to waste sorting practices. Results show that stronger community integration significantly increases sorting frequency and accuracy, with trust, environmental responsibility, and self-efficacy mediating this relationship. These findings underscore the importance of community cohesion in bridging the intention–behavior gap and call for policy interventions that institutionalize community-based approaches to environmental behavior change.
